Persons who have never held a regular driver license in any state must complete a Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education course before applying for a learner's permit. This course is not intended to address the requirements of a court for point reduction/ticket dismissal. The course features:

About Your Final Exam:
After completing the course, you will need to pass a brief final exam that may be completed in the 'open-book' format. A score of 80% is required to pass. If you fail the final exam, you may attempt to pass the exam two more times at no additional cost.
